    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>LPN -&nbsp;Acute Rehabilitation Unit</p>\n<ul>\n <li>17 bed unit</li>\n <li>Utilizes nursing and physical medicine therapies in the trans-disciplinary team approach to family-centered care</li>\n <li>Interdisciplinary approach to Performance Improvement, Education, Policy/Procedure and Delivery of Care</li>\n <li>Resources and support for advanced training and certification in Rehabilitation Nursing</li>\n <li>PRN - will need to work a min of 24 hours off shift per 6 week schedule</li>\n <li>12 hour day/evening/night</li>\n <li>Weekend and Holiday as needed</li>\n <li>Shift and Weekend Differential Eligibility</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Position Function: &nbsp; The Licensed Practical Nurse functions as an integral part of the patient care team by providing and being accountable for direct patient care under the supervision of the registered nurse. &nbsp;The LPN III role includes IV therapy and reflects the full scope of the practice as outlined in the 1990 and future revisions / additions of the PA Practical Nurse Law. &nbsp;Included is recognition and treatment of the physical and psychosocial changes unique to the age/population group served on the specific unit.</p>",
