    "description": "<p>Duties and responsibilities:<br></p>\n<p>1) Provide technical support to the ITS Helpdesk and office operations<br>2) Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT equipment (e.g., computers, printers, projectors, microphones, E-Station)<br>3) Support installation and maintenance of software (e.g., Microsoft Office, antivirus programs, drivers)<br>4) Provide classroom and lab technology support (e.g., AV systems, Zoom setup, lab equipment, and real-time troubleshooting during classes)<br>5) Provide technical support for campus events and activities<br>6) Perform other duties as assigned</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Desired qualifications.</p>\n<p>1) Have an interest in learning IT skills and gaining hands-on experience in an IT environment<br>2) Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills in both Korean and English<br>3) Be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work effectively with a diverse, multilingual community<br>4) Exhibit professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a service-oriented mindset<br>5) Be reliable and able to commit to the required work schedule<br>6) Availability will be coordinated individually to ensure helpdesk coverage for at least 3 hours per day</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Work Hours per student: 15 hours/week during winter and semester sessions. IT helpdesk</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Students must meet the following requirements: <br>1) Must have completed at least one semester at Mason Korea and have an official GPA record.<br>2) Be in good academic standing (Cumulative GPA of 2.00 or higher; or as required by the office).<br>3) Have enrolled as student in current semester at least 6 credits. When working during the break, have completed enrollment in the upcoming semester. <br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>A note on break housing: <br>•If applicable, selected work study students may apply for break IGC housing starting from May 12, 10am. <br>•UL does not guarantee housing during the summer &amp; winter breaks for the work &amp; study program students who apply for the housing.<br>•Work &amp; Study students can reach out to UL Housing Staff or IGC housing office directly if they would like to receive more information about break housing.<br>•The break housing is usually offered on a first-come, first served bases. Please note that the housing office cannot guarantee availability if all rooms are already occupied.<br>•Work &amp; Student students will follow the same procedure as other students (application period, payment deadline, etc.) if they are planning to apply for break housing at IGC.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Please let us know your schedule (if confirmed) in advance.
