Apply Lean Six Sigma, and industrial engineering techniques to reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, and improve process predictability and quality. Create clear, visual process documentation (e.g., swimlane diagrams, value stream maps) and present data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership. Support performance tracking by defining KPIs, contributing to dashboards, and ensuring improvements are measurable, sustained, and embedded in daily operations.
