As a Professional Services Technician, you will play a critical role in advancing embryo production and transfer outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of animal care, biosecurity, and customer service. This role offers a hands-on, highly technical environment suited for individuals passionate about bovine reproduction and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Flush and transfer bovine embryos</li><li>Perform ultrasound-guided transvaginal ovum pickup procedures for IVF embryo production</li><li>Design and review superovulation and synchronization protocols for donors and recipients</li><li>Evaluate pregnancy status post-transfer using ultrasonography</li><li>Assess fetal gender, viability, and quantity in various embryo programs (including IVF and research embryos)</li><li>Conduct rectal palpation to evaluate reproductive status of recipient cows</li><li>Execute, monitor, and enhance farm-level biosecurity protocols</li><li>Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence aligned with company standards</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s or Ph.D. in Bovine Reproduction or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience</li><li>Strong technical proficiency in reproductive procedures and cattle handling</li><li>Ability to work long, physically demanding days during peak seasons</li><li>Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and sustain prolonged periods of standing and manual work</li><li>High level of dexterity, hand coordination, and precision in technical procedures</li><li>Passion for bovine reproduction with a commitment to continuous learning</li><li>Strong customer orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li></ul>",
