See where your commitment could take you.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Who are we looking for?</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Delivery Enablement team, playing a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance how projects are executed across the business.</p><p>You will work across business and technology teams to drive progress, clarify requirements and ensure changes are delivered effectively. You will also play a key role in keeping initiatives moving—connecting stakeholders, managing priorities, and turning ideas into tangible outcomes.</p><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p><p>You will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology and delivery, with accountability across several key areas:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Coordinate and manage improvement initiatives through established change processes</li><li>Facilitate discussions and run working sessions with key stakeholders across the business</li><li>Manage schedules, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives</li><li>Support the capture and refinement of business requirements</li><li>Analyse change impacts and contribute to practical improvement strategies</li><li>Track progress and report on outcomes and effectiveness</li><li>Maintain and update delivery system artefacts (e.g. intranet and process documentation)</li><li><p>Work closely with Information Services to enable delivery of technology and process changes</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you will bring</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Demonstrated experience in project management roles</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities</li><li>Clear and confident communication skills—comfortable engaging a range of stakeholders</li><li>A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to problem solving</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft tools and SharePoint</li><li>Experience supporting system or technology-driven change</li><li>Exposure to process improvement, business process management, or similar frameworks</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>If you’re looking to apply your project management skills in a role that combines coordination, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.</p><p><strong>Interested?
