      "content": "\n<li>Select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Perform analysis of inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data, and reducing sub-contractors' expenses.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Serve as a primary point of contact when there is customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Safeguards all company property against theft or damage including but not limited to computers, electronic equipment, phones, gas cards, trucks, and tools.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Track employees’ skills set and levels and ensure proper training and cross-training of employees to achieve maximum productivity and labor utilization.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Conduct quality inspections on completed work&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Assist with various other duties as needed.&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Must be able to pass a drug test.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Technical background working with natural stone and quartz fabrication.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience and familiarity with blueprints, sketches, models, or project descriptions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years of management experience with a minimum of 5 direct reports.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of fabrication production management.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Understanding of quality standards and health &amp; safety regulations.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience in reporting on key production metrics.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience with CNC Saw &amp; Routers and hand power saw, grinders and polishers&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office, Alpha Cam and Auto CAD.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Good active learning, time management, communication, and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work flexible hours and handle heavy material.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to speak fluent English, read, understand, and follow both verbal and written instructions.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong attention to measurements and details&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds</li>\n<li>May be required to work on an occasional weekend(s).&nbsp;</li>\n"
