Police officers and civilian staff provide mentorship, resources, and support to improve the quality of life. We focus on the following workshops: health and wellness, life readiness skills such as personal development, decision-making, problem-solving, coping with stress, emotions, and trauma response. In addition to life skills, we offer presentations on financial literacy, substance abuse, youth-police dialogues, and visits to various local colleges. Over six weeks, the employees will receive valuable information that will aid in their growth and development.\n<h2> Key Duties and Responsibilities</h2>- Must have an interest in physical fitness. - Must have an interest in working with law enforcement. - Ability to work well and collaborate with both adults and peers. - Encouraged to take on leadership roles and engage in public speaking.\n<h2> The Ideal Candidate for this Job</h2>- Physically capable of completing basic exercises. - Must be present for the full six weeks, unless there is an emergency or prior engagement. - Employees cannot be absent for more than three working days. - Employees must participate in all individual and group workshops.",
