          "text": "<p><strong>Broad Function and Purpose of Position:&#xa0;</strong></p><p>To ensure Twin Screw production efficiency through process design and development, and direct production support.</p><p><strong>Specific Responsibilities (including but not limited to):</strong></p><ul><li>Interact with the Quality and Tooling groups to resolve defects and mold issues.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop, coordinate, and implement projects to improve efficiency and decrease scrap.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop, design, and setup,&#xa0;processes, systems, workstations, and automation equipment.</li></ul><ul><li>Troubleshoot,&#xa0;processes and system issues.&#xa0; Train lead people, setup people, and supervisors on systems.</li></ul><ul><li>Interact with the Maintenance and Engineering groups to help troubleshoot,&#xa0;systems, develop preventive maintenance programs, and develop spare parts identification and systems.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop work instructions for injection molding processes and systems and conduct training as appropriate.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and audit injection molding systems for any non-conformances with the process.</li><li>Lead Production Floor Team/Assign Responsibilities/Track Performance.</li></ul>",
