We’d love for you to join our team!</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure that medical and allied health staff at our Critical Illness Recovery and Inpatient Rehabilitation hospitals maintain current credentials and licenses to work legally in their field or specialty.</li>\n <li>Monitor upcoming renewal dates and work with medical staff to advise them of the required steps to maintain their credentials.</li>\n <li>Process initial and reappointment applications.</li>\n <li>Track expirables.</li>\n <li>Audit applications.</li>\n <li>Scan applications.</li>\n <li>Data entry and database management.</li>\n <li>Understand regulatory standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate degree or higher</li>\n <li>1-2 years of experience working in a hospital</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel</li>\n <li>Acute attention to detail</li>\n <li>Sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet strict deadlines</li>\n <li>Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of medical staff and hospital executives</li>\n <li>Passionate about providing a superior quality of health care</li>\n <li>Highly organized with the ability to multitask</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to be a resourceful problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred</p>\n<ul>\n <li>One year of Credentialing Experience</li>\n <li>Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS)</li>\n <li>Experience working in databases and with various software</li>\n <li>Familiar with Joint Commission and Department of Health standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><strong>Why Select Medical?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Select Medical values work‑life balance and strives to offer a supportive, fulfilling workplace.
