The Leader is expected to deliver first-class service internally and externally by removing obstacles, providing support, and ensuring that teams feel empowered to “do the right thing”. This role will demonstrate a passion for design and home furnishings and will lead a team focused on strategy and execution.<br></p>\n<p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day</li>\n <li>Boldly coach, lead and develop teams to promote a positive and dynamic environment that drive sales and control of bottom-line expenses&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Attract the right talent at all levels for our ever-changing business and retain talent who uphold the same personal and professional standards</li>\n <li>Represent the RH brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism through the lens of refined taste with a discerning eye for luxury</li>\n <li>Learn and communicate the RH design ethos and product assortment</li>\n <li>Address all human resources concerns quickly, in partnership with Field Leadership and the People Team</li>\n <li>Eagerly embrace change and deliver top results with a positive attitude no matter what the obstacle&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Monitor, communicate and analyze the business and determine strategies to achieve extraordinary results</li>\n <li>Support, promote and assume responsibility for loss prevention in all areas of risk management, physical security, Gallery cash controls, inventory management and internal audits</li>\n <li>Support, implement, provide follow-up and feedback for all initiatives and rollouts as the business shifts and changes</li>\n</ul>\n<p>OUR REQUIREMENTS</p>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms, luxury retail or similar field</li>\n <li>Interior design experience preferred&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Proven experience fostering a positive and healthy work environment, where associates are empowered to do their best&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills</li>\n <li>High energy and results-driven</li>\n <li>Adept at gaining insights from mistakes and seeking constructive feedback from colleagues or leaders to improve results</li>\n <li>Smart, creative and has a point of view</li>\n</ul>\n<p>OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques</li>\n <li>Ability to maneuver effectively around Gallery floor, stock room and office</li>\n <li>Prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing</li>\n</ul>",
