          "text": "<p>The Dining Server will report to the Dining Room Manager.&#xa0;This position is a non-exempt, hourly position.</p><p>Schedule/Shifts: 7:00am - 2:30pm and 3:30pm - 7:30pm with weekend availability.&#xa0;</p><p>Salary Range: $17.50 - $18.00 hourly</p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Take residents’ dining orders in a friendly and attentive disposition&#xa0;</li><li>Learn and retain residents’ names, special requests, and dietary restrictions&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure dining room is set up, all items needed for service are readily available (silverware, napkins, menus, salt/pepper shakers, etc.)&#xa0;</li><li>Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the dining room, menus, kitchen, serving stations, and other areas as directed&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure safe food handling&#xa0;</li><li>Assist with preparation of beverages, snacks, desserts, salads, and condiments for service&#xa0;</li><li>Assist residents with any special dining requests&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure all residents are accounted for during each meal, and completing documentation of their attendance&#xa0;</li><li>Assist with special events&#xa0;</li><li>Participates in and attends all in-service training as scheduled&#xa0;</li><li>Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and procedures&#xa0;</li><li>Other duties as assigned&#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>High school diploma preferred/GED accepted&#xa0;</li><li>Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to handle multiple priorities&#xa0;</li><li>Competent in organizational, time management skills&#xa0;</li><li>Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills&#xa0;</li><li>Experience working with seniors&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Abilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs.
