If you are a highly motivated, high-performing, mechanically inclined Mechanic / Technician who is able to ensure 100% DOT compliance, and work with a team of technicians dedicated to maintaining specialized Marine Transportation Equipment, this is your chance to make a meaningful and lasting impact with the industry leader in transporting high-value yachts across the country.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Drive your own success and join a team where dependability meets innovation!!<br></span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span><br><br>This position is responsible for performing in-depth detail oriented inspections, and assisting with various other maintenance procedures on our fleet of RAM 5500 Trucks and Custom Built Trailers in order to minimize unscheduled downtime and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Perform:</span><br>- Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI)<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span>and services on specialized trailers, and equipment.<br>- Test and inspect vehicles after repair to ensure proper functionality and safe operation.<br>- Utilize all tools of the trade, including diagnostic equipment, hydraulic lifts, air tools, and power tools effectively and safely.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Conduct:</span><br>Truck and Trailer diagnostics<br>to identify mechanical or electrical issues. <br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Execute Repairs on:</span><br>Disc / Drum Brakes, Suspension Components, 12V Electrical Systems, Hydraulics, and General Trailer Systems.<br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Complete Detailed and Accurate:</span><br>Work Orders<br>using Fleetio Fleet Management Software.<br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Maintain: </span><br>A Safe, Clean, and Organized Shop Environment, adhering to all DOT and OSHA safety guidelines.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span><br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Mechanic / Technician in a shop environment .<br><br></li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in Diagnostic and Repair Procedures.<br><br></li>\n<li>Legally eligible to work in the United States.<br><br></li>\n<li>Can perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span><br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Retirement:<br></span>401(k) Program with<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safe Harbor matching contributions<br></span>(100% match on the first 3%, and 50% on the next 2%)<br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Paid Time Off<br></span><br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supplemental Insurance Plans<br></span><br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tool Financing Program</span></li>\n</ul>",
