    "requisitionDescription": "<div><h1 id=\"isPasted\">JOB SUMMARY:</h1><p>The Cattle Pens position will work directly with live beef by moving them around in the cattle pens areas and may cross-train in multiple positions throughout the area. It is paramount that this position operates safely and humanely and will work to perpetuate a &ldquo;Creekstone Proud&rdquo; culture through attitude and actions.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Receiving live cattle into cattle pens.</li><li>Moving cattle from one pen to another and into the restrainer.</li><li>Stun cattle humanely, according to Company standards.</li><li>Attach shackles to stunned cattle safely.</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and leaders.</li><li>Demonstrate strict compliance with humane animal handling practices at all times.</li><li>Demonstrate strict compliance with all safety regulations and practices.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must understand and have a &ldquo;Creekstone Proud&rdquo; mindset.</li><li>Must maintain correct, and accurate documentation where appropriate.</li><li>Notify supervisor of any maintenance or environmental issues throughout shift.</li><li>Responsible for contributing to a clean and safe work environment.</li><li>Must follow all Company policies and procedures without fail.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Meat Industry or live cattle handling experience preferred.</li><li>Able to work productively and independently.</li><li>Ability to take direction humbly and collaborate in order to pursue team goals.</li><li>A positive outlook and attitude in taking initiative and problem solving, unprompted.</li><li>Reading and writing in English.</li><li>Stand or walk the entire shift on concrete, unlevel, or elevated platforms.</li><li>Gripping, grasping, and lifting or pushing up to 100 pounds is required.</li><li>Must be willing to work with live animals and the tools to move them safely and humanely.</li><li>Must be able to withstand extreme temperatures and work in a loud environment.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p>Climbing, stooping, crouching; standing and walking for 8 or more hours per day; pushing, pulling, grasping; able to Lift 0 &ndash; 100+lbs occassionally; able to work in hot and cold environment; wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) &ndash; hard hat, safety-toe boots, safety goggles, hair/beard net, etc.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>Creekstone Farms Premium Beef LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer</em></p></div>\n",
