This includes weighing, measuring, and verification of proper ingredients</li>\n <li>Ensures that lot code identification numbers are documented</li>\n <li>Follows batches with precise measurements to create a very specialized batter</li>\n <li>Takes measurements as directed by Shift/Operations Leader</li>\n <li>Operates mixing machinery/equipment as trained and follow FGF safety guidelines at all times</li>\n <li>Uses a variety of tools (scales, thermometers, knives, etc.) in a safe and efficient manner</li>\n <li>Reports any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the appropriate parties</li>\n <li>Ensures Operations Management System (OMS) procedures are being followed (entering inventory into the operating system)</li>\n <li>Participates in clean up responsibilities (must maintain a clean working environment by cleaning the floors and disposing of waste throughout the mixing area)</li>\n <li>Follows all GMP’s, Food Safety and Health and Safety Procedures as outlined by FGF</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul> \n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience working in a food manufacturing environment (bakery experience is desirable)</li>\n <li>Accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to detect the presence of a quality issue</li>\n <li>Good communication skills, along with simple mathematical abilities</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Physically capable of performing the demands of the role, including lifting 50 lbs</li>\n <li>Ability to move from one task to another with minimal distraction</li>\n <li>Flexible to work days, afternoons, nights & weekends if needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
