Description

Position Overview As the Quality & Education Supervisor, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs across all phases of the healthcare revenue cycle. You’ll supervise a team, drive quality initiatives, and partner with leadership to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement and education. Key Responsibilities Lead & Develop Talent: Supervise, mentor, and coach team members while fostering a culture of accountability and growth Training Strategy & Delivery: Design, implement, and deliver onboarding and ongoing education programs for RCM staff and clients Content Development: Create and maintain up-to-date training materials aligned with coding updates, payer regulations, workflows, and system enhancements Quality Assurance: Oversee QA processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and adherence to best practices; integrate findings into training improvements Performance Optimization: Analyze metrics, identify gaps, and collaborate with leadership to drive operational excellence Regulatory Awareness: Stay current on industry changes and ensure timely integration into training and processes Reporting & Insights: Track training effectiveness, completion, and staff performance to inform ongoing improvements Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Why Join UPA?
