style=\"color:#444444;\">Provide all services as outlined in the Starfish IECMHC Best Practices guide to support socio-emotional health and wellness in the preschool Starfish IECMHC Best Practices guide to support socio-emotional health and wellness in the preschool setting.\\r\\n\\tCoordinate and monitor intra-agency referrals for evaluations, consultation, preschool, and other services between the Early Childhood Education department, Behavioral Health Services department, and the community.\\r\\n\\tLearn and understand Office of Head Start performance standards related to mental health.\\r\\n\\tDevelop and facilitate groups for children, parents, and/or Early Childhood Education staff as needed.\\r\\n\\tProvide comprehensive assessments and treatment planning with measurable objectives, as needed. \\r\\n\\tProvide support and crisis intervention with families and children involved with the program.\\r\\n\\tProvide Infant Mental Health and Early Childhood services within the home and community settings in accordance with the Medicaid Provider Manual for the State of Michigan and agency guidelines as needed and with a clinical license through the State of MI. \\r\\n\\tProvide parent education and developmental guidance.\\r\\n\\tParticipate in marketing and community outreach activities as needed.\\r\\n\\tProvide programming and mental health training to other professionals.\\r\\n\\tSubmit timely and accurate documentation of services, billing data and required paperwork.\\r\\n\\tResponsible for working with team members, supervisor, children, families, and community contacts in a manner that is conducive to the philosophy and mission of the program and agency.\\r\\n\\tParticipate in individual supervision, group supervision, agency meetings, and training.\\r\\n\\tCooperate in any investigation related to personnel, licensing, accreditation, or other circumstances as needed.\\r\\n\\tAdhere to all federal, state, local, and agency policies and procedures as it relates to documentation, productivity, training requirements, program guidelines, and confidentiality.\\r\\n\\tPerform other related duties as assigned by supervisor or other management.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&#160;\\r\\n\\r\\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tInfant Mental Health model and relationship-focused intervention knowledge preferred. \\r\\n\\tExperience in providing and receiving reflective supervision preferred. \\r\\n\\tBasic knowledge of infant/child and adult mental health required.\\r\\n\\tGood formal and informal assessment skills.\\r\\n\\tAbility to demonstrate commitment, caring and respect for children and adults from diverse backgrounds who have multiple needs.\\r\\n\\tAbility to work cooperatively and responsibly as a member of a team with colleagues, supervisors, agency staff and collateral contacts.\\r\\n\\tAbility to develop treatment plans and coordinate needed services to fulfill plans utilizing person-centered planning approach.\\r\\n\\tKnowledge of parenting techniques and interventions for young children.\\r\\n\\tAbility to make critical decisions independent of immediate supervision.\\r\\n\\tKnowledge of community resources and provision of case management services.\\r\\n\\tExperience with cross-systems delivery of services.\\r\\n\\tCompetence in the delivery of crisis intervention services.\\r\\n\\tMust be computer literate and have some experience with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.\\r\\n\\tAbility to effectively, appropriately, and accurately communicate both orally and in writing.\\r\\n\\tAbility and willingness to abide by all Starfish Family Services policies and procedures.\\r\\n\\tAbility to give and receive constructive feedback.\\r\\n\\tAbility to work flexible hours as needed (i.e., some early mornings, or evenings or weekend work is sometimes required).\\r\\n\\tMust have the ability to work with all members of the community regardless of race, age, sex, sexual orientation, and cultural or ethnic background.\\r\\n\\tMust maintain professional and ethical standards.\\r\\n\\tAbility to represent the agency in a professional manner and develop new relationships with other community agencies.\\r\\n\\tUnderstanding of the Reflective Supervision Model and interest in providing groups to
