We blend Southern hospitality, live entertainment, and scenic river cruising into one-of-a-kind experiences.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Support docking and undocking procedures, including line handling, fender placement, and gangway management&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain awareness of tides, weather, and marina activity to ensure safety and vessel security&nbsp;</li><li>Keep dock areas clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times</li><li>Assist with exterior vessel care (washing, polishing, light detailing, equipment staging)&nbsp;</li><li>Perform basic dock and shoreside maintenance to maintain a polished, luxury environment&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain dock equipment (hoses, power washers, carts, safety gear)&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with loading/unloading provisions, supplies, and event materials&nbsp;</li><li>Provide professional, discreet assistance to guests, crew, and approved visitors&nbsp;</li><li>Support special events, inspections, and scheduled maintenance periods&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>1-2 years of experience in dock operations, marine maintenance, hospitality, or related fields preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Basic knowledge of line handling, knots, and dock safety&nbsp;</li><li>Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining luxury standards&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent situational awareness and professional communication&nbsp;</li><li>Hospitality-minded approach with a polished, courteous demeanor&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team setting</li><li>Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed</li><li>Ability to work onboard for 2–5 hour cruises; occasional extended shifts up to 12 hours</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Pay</li><li>Medical &amp; Ancillary Benefits (Full-time Employees)</li><li>401(k) with Employer Match</li><li>Subsidized Parking</li><li>Complimentary Cruise Tickets &amp; Brand Discount</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to help Nashville Riverboats make waves?
