    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Full-Time | Swansea &amp; Fall River, MA</strong><br><strong>$63,000 &ndash; $72,000 depending on license and experience</strong><br><strong>$2,000 bilingual stipend (Spanish/English)&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Stevens Treatment Programs is seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed <strong>Master&rsquo;s level Clinician</strong> to join our team and provide impactful clinical services to youth in our Transitional Living Program (TLP) and other residential programs. This is a unique opportunity to support adolescents ages 14&ndash;22 in a community-based group home and campus setting.</p><p>Stevens Treatment Programs has been serving youth for over 80 years, empowering adolescents to lead successful lives through high-quality treatment and education in a safe and nurturing environment. We are a DCF-contracted agency committed to trauma-informed, permanency-focused care and strength-based practice.</p><p><strong><u>The TLP Clinician holds clinical responsibility for approximately seven youth, including four youth in the Community-to-Residential (CTR) program and others served in Stevens&#39; main campus programs (Intensive Treatment Residence or Residential Education).
