Working closely with business stakeholders, you will solve problems, streamline processes, and ensure a successful system rollout.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on payroll operations while working alongside experienced professionals on a high-profile enterprise implementation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us.</p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Contribute in a major way to the implementation and optimization of Dayforce payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, payroll regulations, and organizational objectives.</li>\n <li>Play a lead role in payroll system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational readiness.</li>\n <li>Develop and execute data migration, parallel testing, and payroll reconciliation strategies to ensure a seamless transition to new systems and processes.</li>\n <li>Evaluate current processes, procedures, systems and tools and develop project plans to address inefficiencies within the payroll function. This includes financial analysis and risk mitigation plans.</li>\n <li>Report project progress, milestones, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders, including presentations to executive leadership.Utilize change management techniques to accelerate the adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.</li>\n <li>Report team results to key stakeholders, including presentations to executives.</li>\n <li>Document and train affected parties on new processes, procedures, systems and tools.</li>\n <li>Assume a leadership role to ensure projects meet all agreed to deliverables.</li>\n <li>Participate and/or lead in special projects, ad hoc analysis requests and perform additional duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field required.</li>\n <li>8+ years of progressive experience in payroll operations, payroll systems, or payroll project management roles.</li>\n <li>Deep Dayforce implementation experience, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.</li>\n <li>Proven experience leading payroll system implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations.</li>\n <li>UKG experience preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>Experience with ADP, or other enterprise HCM/payroll platforms considered an asset.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with data migration, payroll reconciliation, parallel testing, and system integration activities.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field required. </li>\n <li>8+ years’ experience with in-house payroll processes required. </li>\n <li>US Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Canada Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why work for us</h2>\n<p>Some of the benefits you may be eligible for as an employee are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive compensation package and paid time off program</li>\n <li>Industry leading 401(k)/RRSP</li>\n <li>Medical/Extended Health Care, Dental, Vision and/or Provincial Medical</li>\n <li>Wellness benefits & Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are an EEO/ADA/Veterans employer.</p>\n<h2>Salary Min</h2>USD $100,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Salary Max</h2>USD $150,000.00/Yr.",
