This position plays a vital role in executing commercial renovation and tenant fit-out projects across multiple counties in the Hudson Valley region.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As a key field employee, you will be responsible for a broad range of carpentry tasks, including wood and metal stud framing, drywall installation, door and window fitting, finish carpentry, and general punch-list work. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform commercial renovation carpentry, including but not limited to:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Wood and metal stud framing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Sheetrock/drywall hanging and finishing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Installation of doors, frames, hardware, and windows</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Acoustical ceiling installation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Baseboards, trim, casework, and millwork</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Punch list and finish work</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions to determine job specifications and layout</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install materials using hand and power tools with precision</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist with demolition, site preparation, and material handling as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">May maintain inventory and ensure proper care of tools, equipment, and supplies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients on-site</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Minimum 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience in commercial construction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must provide own set of hand tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to various job sites.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of current building codes, materials, tools, and methods.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must be dependable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">OSHA 40 certification required. Additional certifications (e.g., SST, Fall Protection) are a plus.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and climb ladders/scaffolding for extended periods.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds regularly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, noise, and dust.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must have full range of motion in limbs and dexterity in using carpentry tools and materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Occasional use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection, is required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Work Environment:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This is a field-based role requiring daily travel to active construction sites. Work is performed indoors and outdoors in active commercial settings such as office buildings, retail units, schools, and healthcare facilities.
