The programs are scheduled to open in early spring.  Immediate opportunities for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a hospital position with all benefits and salary provided by the hospital. This includes, but is not limited to comprehensive intake assessments, treatment planning, promoting patient progress with goals, individual, couples, family, or group therapy. This person will effectively demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the senior adult age population.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Requirements/Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Education:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Licensure:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maine licensure as a LCSW or LPC</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Other skills or knowledge:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively provide quality patient care.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of the principles of growth and development as well as physical, emotional, and psycho-social needs of the geriatric patient population.</li>\n <li>Proven skills in written/verbal communications, problem solving, independent decision making abilities, creativity, prioritization, and necessary computer-related skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<p>Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years of related work experience in an outpatient or inpatient behavioral health setting</li>\n <li>Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Monday-Friday, Day Shift hours.</p>\n<p> </p>",
