Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p><p>BNY is seeking an SVP to lead our ETF Transfer Agent, Unit Investment Trust (“UIT”) Transfer Agent, and ETF Order Desk operations—functions that serve as the control tower for primary market liquidity, register integrity, and straight‑through processing. This leader will own end‑to‑end execution, risk management, and service delivery across ETF creation/redemption, UIT investor recordkeeping and distributions, and the Order Desk “front door” for Authorized Participants (APs) and market makers. The role partners closely with issuers, APs, market makers, DTCC/ICSD, custody, fund accounting, compliance, and technology to deliver scalable, transparent, and efficient primary market operations.\\ &nbsp;The position is located in Boston, MA (4 days in office expectation)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>In this role you will make an impact in the following ways.</strong></p><ul><li>Direct the “front door” for AP and market maker orders via the ETF Platform and electronic channels; enforce cutoffs, trading profiles, and approvals.</li><li>Route trade details to custody/accounting, monitor settlement/fails, and deliver real‑time confirmations and reporting</li><li>Own the control framework: KYC/AML adherence, books &amp; records, operational resilience, reconciliations, cap stock integrity, segregation of duties, and model procedures across teams.</li><li>Ensure robust incident management, root‑cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and sustainable control design; partner with Compliance, Risk, and Audit.</li><li>Maintain procedure libraries, risk &amp; control inputs, business continuity, and testing cadence; uphold data privacy and information security standards.</li><li>Support new product launches, conversions, and ETF share‑class implementations—defining requirements, readiness criteria, and cutover plans.</li><li>Represent operations in working groups, governance forums, and client roadshows.</li><li>Oversee AP onboarding under KYC/AML, trading profiles, and entitlement controls; maintain issuer registers; manage create/redeem workflows; settle ETF shares at DTCC/ICSD; deliver contract notes/cap stock reporting.</li><li>Orchestrate straight‑through processing across custody and fund accounting including distributions and end‑to‑end reconciliations with dual controls and oversight.</li><li>Govern liquidity and risk management across the primary market, linking issuer intent to market execution with integrated technology and external settlement.</li></ul><p><br><strong>To be succesful in this position we are looking for the following:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Deep knowledge of ETF create/redeem, AP onboarding/KYC/AML, DTCC/ICSD settlement, cap stock/contract notes, and custody/accounting workflows</li><li>Exceptional stakeholder management with issuers, APs, market makers, depositories, and internal partners</li><li>8+&nbsp;years in transfer agency, ETF operations, primary market execution, or related post‑trade functions; 5+ years leading managers and multi‑disciplinary operations teams.</li></ul><p>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:<br><a href=\"https://www.bny.com/corporate/global/en/about-us/newsroom.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">BNY Newsroom</a></p><p><a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/company/bnyglobal/posts/?feedView=all\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">BNY LinkedIn&nbsp;</a></p><p>Here’s a few of our recent awards:<br>• America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025<br>• World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025<br>• “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</p><p>Our Benefits and Rewards:<br>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $102,000 and $220,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
