    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Boundary Co-op</strong> is hiring a Part-Time <strong>Customer Service Clerk</strong>&nbsp; in the Grocery Department at our Food Store in <strong>Killarney, Manitoba</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Who we are:</strong><br>Co-op does business differently.&nbsp; As a co-operative, we believe in working together to serve Western Canadians, delivering profits back to our communities and investing in sustainable growth.&nbsp; To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at&nbsp;<a href=\"http://www.boundaryco-op.crs/\" target=\"_blank\">www.boundaryco-op.crs</a></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong><br>Reporting to the Grocery Manager, the Customer Service Clerk I is responsible for:</p><ul><li>Demonstrate day-to-day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operative's vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety.</li><li>Maintaining till operations and maintenance;</li><li>Greet customers and responding to customer questions,</li><li>Receiving, stock, and face merchandise,</li><li>Ensure department best practices are consistently executed;</li><li>Responsible for ensuring there is price accuracy throughout the store;</li><li>Understand and implement CASM standards;</li><li>Activating/deactivating promotion and sale pricing;</li><li>Prioritize multiple concurrent tasks;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned;</li><li>Follow proper maintenance and housekeeping duties;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><ul><li>You have a grade 12 or combination of relevant experience; previous file maintenance or retail experience would be an asset.</li><li>You have computer literacy skills.</li><li>You are able to delegate tasks when given multiple tasks at once.</li><li>You’re action oriented, customer focused and work well with other Team Members.</li><li>You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.</li><li>You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why it matters:</strong><br>Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners.
