    "description": "<p>Dakota Kitchen &amp; Bath is actively seeking a knowledgeable, reliable, outgoing and experienced Sales Rep for our Retail Sales department. The right individual will possess <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">at least 1 year of Cabinet design experience as well as relevant sales experience.</span> This position will require the candidate to Consult, Design and Sell our Custom, frameless &amp; dimension cabinets to consumers and/or contractors.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A typical day within this role with include but not be limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Greeting customers and discovering what each customer wants or needs.</li>\n<li><br>Describing cabinets and be equipped to explain use, operation, and care of cabinets as well as recommending, selecting and obtaining merchandise based on customer wants and needs.</li>\n<li><br>Providing timely customer service to all accounts.</li>\n<li><br>Maintain records related to sales.</li>\n<li><br>Ability to layout, design and accurately measure jobs and finalize plans for production.</li>\n<li><br>Cold calling potential customers/new contractors</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Abilities required:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education</span>: High School graduate or GED *Required. An Associates Degree with focus on Cabinet Design or Drafting *Preferred</li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span>: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Cabinet Retail Sales</li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Computer Skills</span>: Knowledge of MS Office programs necessary, plus the ability to learn internal programs such as Cabinet Vision &amp; Dakota</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you or someone you know is looking for a great Sales opportunity with unlimited growth potential within a reputable, top tier Custom Cabinetry company, we highly encourage you/them to apply.
