      "content": "\n<li>15+ years of progressive experience in corporate security with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally at companies with dispersed physical operations.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse teams, including contractors and third-party service providers.</li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, operations centers, and systems integration.</li>\n<li>Exceptional judgment, communication, and crisis leadership under pressure.</li>\n<li>Experience with emergency communications and escalation processes</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in managing insider threat programs and executing executive protection initiatives to enhance organizational security.</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.</li>\n<li>Curious and ability to learn new technology and businesses.</li>\n<li>Proficient in utilizing data to guide decision-making while demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills.&nbsp;</li>\n"
