About Job We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Advisor to join our team. The Client Advisor will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between clients and our internal teams. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships. Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Account Oversight: Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities among existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, including Customer Service and Product Development, to improve the entire customer experience. Issue Resolution: Address client queries and resolve any issues or conflicts promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the software solutions industry. Strong understanding of CRM and CX software solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to travel as needed.
