We provide a full range of industrial facilities maintenance and process maintenance services.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>MOR PPM Inc. seeks painters in Franklinton, VA.  Industrial painters will perform a variety of tasks such as prepping, painting, and pressure washing.  This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of six months.</p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prep areas to be painted such as I beams, Ground Tanks, and Handrails.</li>\n <li>Pressure wash areas to remove heavy rust.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Two plus years of industrial painting experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign</li>\n <li>May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above</li>\n <li>Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas</li>\n <li>Must have full range of motion consistent with age</li>\n <li>Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders</li>\n <li>Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises</li>\n <li>Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces</li>\n <li>Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#PPM</p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
