Join our growing, innovation-driven team today.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for a Common Area Attendant at Shenandoah Crossing in Gordonsville, VA.</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><p>The hourly pay range for this role is $17.00 per hour, based on experience.</p><p><strong>What will I be doing?</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Clean public areas.</li><li>Maintain outstanding cleanliness of the lobby. .</li><li>Display positive image at all times through appearance and conduct.</li><li><p>Other duties as requested due to unexpected circumstances and/or special requests.</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p><p>To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours.</li><li>Strong organizational skills to balance multiple duties and assignments in a fast-paced work environment.</li><li>Able to handle pushing and pulling carts and equipment.
