Join us and grow with a leader in the industry!</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>Allied Universal®  is seeking the position of a Exterior Landscaping Technician.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exterior Landscaping Technician / Grounds Maintenance role supporting commercial properties during the spring/summer season—a great match for job seekers searching landscape technician, lawn care, groundskeeper, landscaping laborer, outdoor maintenance.</li>\n <li>Ideal for candidates who prefer active, physical outdoor work in warm-weather conditions and bring strong reliability, communication, and customer service while working around commercial sites.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>As an Exterior Landscaping Technician for Allied Universal Janitorial Services, you will be responsible for operating landscape maintenance and construction hand tools as well as light equipment with the skill to satisfactorily perform the duties assigned. The Technician will also complete projects and assignments in a fast-paced work environment with quality work and efficiency being held as our highest standards. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent for full time positions.</li>\n <li>Certain positions may require successful completion of a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>\n <li>For Driving Positions must hold a valid driver’s license, minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and ability to safely operate a vehicle required.</li>\n <li>Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Able to:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Work in various working conditions and environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat for extended periods.</li>\n  <li>Ability to operate various equipment and machinery including high lifts, motorized tools, and vehicles.</li>\n  <li>Ability to climb ladders, stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.</li>\n  <li>Ability to lift and carry items and/or machinery up to 50 pounds.</li>\n  <li>Ability to grab, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, reach overhead, drive and operate equipment frequently and repetitively during working hours.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>Closing</h2>\n<p>Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
