Attain Sports owns and manages four baseball teams: the Baltimore Orioles Double-A affiliate Chesapeake Baysox , the Baltimore Orioles High-A affiliate Frederick Keys , the MLB Draft League Aberdeen IronBirds , and the Atlantic League Professional Baseball Club Spire City Ghost Hounds . Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club Loudoun United FC . Position Type: Seasonal Job Responsibilities Candidate has 1-2 years practical experience working in a professional audio / visual or live production environment. Candidate will be responsible for operating a digital audio board and maintaining audio library files in a Mac environment. Candidate as practical working experience using: Digital audio performance software (Click Effects /Sound Director or similar is a plus) DAW software (Ableton Live is a plus) Candidate’s availability would encompass but not limited to: Minimum 25 games of the IronBirds' 2026 season Outside stadium events Candidate is able to maintain a positive, focused workflow in a high-pace, energetic environment.
