Strescon presently has two facilities: 70,000 sq. ft. in Saint John, New Brunswick and 50,000 sq. ft. This position is responsible for analyzing equipment performance, developing and optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime and improve asset efficiency. Working closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams, the engineer will ensure that maintenance strategies are proactive, data-driven, and aligned with operational goals and safety standards.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);
