This role is heavily performance-based and ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with a strong emphasis on candidate generation, speed, and fill ratios</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Due to an increase in business growth and a continued commitment to grab the lion’s share of the market, The Judge Group is actively seeking experienced Recruiters with staffing industry experience for our West Chester, PA office! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are a confident, self-motivated professional with a proven track record…we encourage you to apply!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p>As a Mid-Sr. level Recruiter, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leverage your experience to source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools, our ATS and social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc. </li>\n <li>Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources</li>\n <li>Recruit top consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle.</li>\n <li>Develop effective sourcing strategies leveraging various tools and technologies, including stat of the art AI tools, increasing your ability to identify top talent.</li>\n <li>Use AI-generated insights to make informed data-driven decisions.</li>\n <li>Conduct personal interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients. (Primarily relationship-driven accounts with solid feedback)</li>\n <li>Perform thorough reference checks</li>\n <li>Negotiate pay rates</li>\n <li>Interact with and attend client meetings</li>\n <li>Interact with our compliance team which handles on-boarding freeing up your time to stay focused on recruiting and building your candidate pipeline!</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>Recruiter Minimum Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong attitude, aptitude, passion, and experience</li>\n <li>3+ years of staffing industry recruiting experience</li>\n <li>Proven track record</li>\n <li>Urgency and drive, Resilience, Competitive mindset, Strong organization, Clear communication</li>\n <li>Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus and passion for recruiting A-player professionals</li>\n</ul>",
