We&rsquo;re looking for a <strong>Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Leader</strong> who can champion a culture of continuous improvement, with a strong focus on <strong>Autonomous Maintenance (AM)</strong> and <strong>robotic system performance.</strong></p><p>This is your opportunity to lead TPM strategy and execution in a high-impact manufacturing environment&mdash;contributing directly to our core purpose:</p><ul><li><strong>Create a great place to work</strong></li><li><strong>Enable long-term, profitable growth</strong></li><li><strong>Deliver world-class customer satisfaction</strong></li><li><strong>Make a positive impact on our communities</strong></li></ul><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><p>As TPM Leader, you&rsquo;ll be a hands-on change agent, working across teams to:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Lead TPM implementation</strong> across the site, with a strong emphasis on empowering operators through the AM pillar.</li><li>Drive measurable improvements in <strong>OEE</strong>, <strong>process quality</strong>, and <strong>equipment uptime</strong> (especially robotic equipment like sagger machines and automated baggers).</li><li><strong>Train, coach, and energize</strong> cross-functional teams to embrace ownership, solve problems, and innovate.</li><li>Build TPM standards, AM checklists, and KPIs&mdash;and track success across initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and Shared Services to create a high-performance manufacturing culture.</li><li>Lead operational studies, time studies, and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering</strong> (or equivalent experience) - required</li><li><strong>3+ years of hands-on TPM experience</strong> in a manufacturing setting - required</li><li>Proven success leading <strong>Autonomous Maintenance programs</strong></li><li>Strong working knowledge of <strong>Lean, Six Sigma</strong>, and continuous improvement tools</li><li>A natural leader and team builder who can connect across levels and functions</li><li>Strong communicator and strategic thinker</li><li>Passion for developing others and promoting an <strong>outward mindset</strong></li><li>Data-driven decision-making skills</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>This role operates in both office and <strong>industrial environments</strong> (non-temperature controlled).</li><li>Must be comfortable wearing PPE, climbing stairs/ladders, and occasionally working weekends or off-shifts.</li><li>Some <strong>domestic travel</strong> may be required.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>We don&rsquo;t just improve processes - we develop people.
