In return for your contributions, you will be rewarded with career growth opportunities, an incredibly competitive market salary, and other benefits that include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid time off (PTO)</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans</li>\n <li>401(k) with a high percentage match</li>\n <li>Generous profit sharing</li>\n <li>Cell phone stipend</li>\n <li>Referral bonus opportunities</li>\n <li>Employee discounts</li>\n <li><strong>And more!</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>JOB TITLE</strong>: Building Materials Location Manager</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>JOB LOCATION</strong>: Maddens, Idaho (On-Site and In-Person)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>REPORTING TO</strong>:  Area Manager</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>FUNCTION</strong>:  The Location Manager drives the efficient and profitable performance of the business unit by executing in four critical areas:</p>\n<li>Delivering financial results.</li>\n<li>Enhancing customer experience.</li>\n<li>Elevating employee engagement.</li>\n<li>Creating operational excellence.</li>\n<p><strong>KEY ACTIVITIES</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Visualizes, fulfills, and implements the company’s vision and core values.</li>\n <li>Effectively manages the business unit in alignment with organizational priorities and customer needs.</li>\n <li>Effectively analyzes site financials to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, eliminates waste, and drives the profitable operation of the business unit.</li>\n <li>Works closely with internal partners to develop and enforce pricing controls and policies.</li>\n <li>Maintains site and warehouse inventory through regular on-site cycle counts, product/turn reviews, and effective utilization of Bistrack system.</li>\n <li>Performs regular operational and systems audits to maximize efficiency and identify potential risk/improvement opportunities.</li>\n <li>Performs designated daily, weekly, and monthly data reporting and maintenance tasks in Bistrack.</li>\n <li>Establishes and maintains positive relationships with key customers and potential buyers.</li>\n <li>Coordinates with sales team to insure they are equipped with all necessary information and measurements to drive sales, develop customer relationships, and deliver on expectations.</li>\n <li>Maximizes service delivery by effectively understanding customer needs and providing customized and effective solutions.</li>\n <li>Drives individual and team performance through the effective evaluation, training and management of all location associates.</li>\n <li>Actively supports the effective recruitment, onboarding, and development of required talent.</li>\n <li>Analyzes individual and team performance to identify skill gaps and training needs. Partners with key personnel to provide appropriate training and system adjustments to close gaps.</li>\n <li>Meets regularly and often with individual team members to discuss individual performance, provide feedback, and communicate team, and organizational performance.</li>\n <li>Works with key business partners to maximize employee engagement.</li>\n <li>Tracks, collects, and submits all necessary data for the timely, error-free processing of regular payroll and commission.</li>\n <li>Creates a culture of safety through safety inspections, championing company safety policies/programs, and effective analysis and response to safety-related incidents.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strategic Orientation: Ability to drive business functions in alignment with organizational priorities.</li>\n <li>Lean Mindset: Optimizes operational performance with efficiency and cutting waste.</li>\n <li>Sales Capability: Strong proficiency in identifying, developing, and maintaining value-adding sales relationships.</li>\n <li>Analytical Strength: Identifies opportunities, threats, and relevant trends through the accurate analysis of business data.</li>\n <li>Opportunity Development: Quickly and effectively identifies opportunities required for business growth and operational improvement.</li>\n <li>Management Capability: Able to effectively manage a broad range of diverse functions in a fast-paced environment.  Drives individual, team, and system performance towards key objectives.</li>\n <li>Interpersonal Skills: Professional written and verbal communication skills as well as effective relationship-building abilities.</li>\n <li>Technical skills: Strong computer proficiencies including Microsoft Office Suite, inventory and account management software, timekeeping, company intranet, etc.</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience managing profit/loss statements, business financials.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.</li>\n <li>3-5 years of experience managing a team in the construction, building materials or manufacturing industry.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Physical Work Requirements - Light: exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally.</li>\n <li>Repetitive motion associated with operating office equipment.</li>\n <li>Frequent bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activity.</li>\n <li>Occasional automotive travel to job sites and work locations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or work conditions associated with this job.
