    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support end-to-end finance and accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, MIS, Data Models, ERP, Advance Excel, VBA, Macros, Support Budgeting and Forecasting, for a fast-paces media and publishing house.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1.  Financial Analysis &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.</li>\n<li>Conduct Variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast) and provide commentary on financial performance, revenue, and cost trends.</li>\n<li>Support budgeting, forecasting estimates in collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li>\n<li>Create financial models to predict future performance and evaluate investment opportunities or risks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2. Data Management &amp; SQL</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses) using SQL queries.</li>\n<li>Validate data integrity and investigate financial discrepancies by writing complex SQL scripts and reconciling data across systems.</li>\n<li>Handle data transformation tasks including data cleansing, merging, and formatting to prepare it for final reporting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3. Excel &amp; Automation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize Advanced excel functions (Index-Match, Nested VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to manage complex financial data models.</li>\n<li>Automate repetitive reporting tasks using VBA/Macros or Python to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and manual errors.</li>\n<li>Design and maintain interactive dashboards (using Excel or Power BI) to visualize KPIs for non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">4.
