The&nbsp;Branch&nbsp;Director&nbsp;oversees facility and transportation management, ensuring facilities and vehicles are in good repair. The&nbsp;Branch&nbsp;Director&nbsp;is responsible for ensuring that youth have the highest quality Club experience possible. Additionally, this role is responsible for building and maintaining&nbsp;relationships with key community stakeholders, working collaboratively with business leaders, school district leadership, and other non-profits to continue the tradition of excellence and the prominent reputation the Club has in Central Wyoming.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\n<strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</strong><br />\r\n<br />\r\n- Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred in related field or four years of applicable experience</p>\r\n\r\n<p>- Experience with youth required<br />\r\n<br />\r\n- Innovation-driven problem-solving skills<br />\r\n<br />\r\n- Ability to utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete deadlines while maintaining a balanced schedule<br />\r\n<br />\r\n- Experience in personnel supervision, facilities management, and recruitment and retention of key personnel<br />\r\n<br />\r\n- Group leadership skills<br />\r\n<br />\r\n- Strong communication<br />\r\n<br />\r\n- Demonstrated ability in working with youth, parents, and community leaders</p>\r\n\r\n<p>- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders</p>\r\n\r\n<p>This is a full time, benefitted position.
