This is an entry to mid level position with the opportunity and room for professional and monetary growth following our Operations Labor Model. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Developmental opportunities and growth as identified by the business. Opportunity for career progression from entry-level to Team Leader!</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold;\">First shift hours are 7 AM to 3 PM Second shift hours are 3 PM to 12 AM</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Machine Operators will be responsible for the following tasks</span>:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting on mill operation to produce products as laid out by production planning</li>\n<li>Support performance of daily maintenance on machinery; report any damage or problems to the Production Supervisor/Team Lead.</li>\n<li>Understand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, especially relating to manufacturing details and customer/ supplier details.</li>\n<li>Work safely, in accordance with Company Safety Policy.</li>\n<li>Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
