      "content": "<div>\n\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Drive tractor-trailers to and from job sites and inspect loads and transported machinery</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Verify transportation permits for overweight and oversized loads/equipment</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Participate in daily work planning and safety briefings to ensure safe and efficient operations</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Move, stage, load, and unload equipment and materials for rerailing, load transfers, and track maintenance/construction activities</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Assist with site cleanup and ensure equipment and materials are safely secured for transport after assignments</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Assist in the assembly, inspection, and operation of cranes and other heavy equipment</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Support rigging operations involving chains, cables, and winches during derailment recovery</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Operate heavy equipment including cranes, backhoes, excavators, dump trucks, grapple trucks, skid steers, and other machinery as qualified</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Use hydraulic tools, welding equipment, cutting torches, electrical tools, and hand tools as needed</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Monitor equipment and vehicles to minimize downtime and maintain operational readiness</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Perform and document minor equipment maintenance and report major mechanical issues to supervisors</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Assist with disassembly and loading of cranes and other equipment at the completion of projects</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Restock vehicles and equipment with parts and supplies upon return to home base</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and work areas</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Follow all company safety policies and procedures</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Be flexible and willing to assist other departments as needed to support business operations and customer expectations</li>\n\n</div>"
