The TAM will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, operation, and optimization of Akamai solutions in customer environments. As a Technical Account Manager II, you will be responsible for: Providing deep technical expertise in cloud computing and infrastructure. Advising on cloud architecture, scalability, and cost optimization. Supporting compute environments and workloads to ensure reliability and efficiency. Acting as a link between cloud support/services teams and customers to drive adoption and resolve issues Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's in Computer Science, related field or equivalent. Build trusted relationships as the primary technical contact, ensuring customer success with Akamai Compute solutions. Deliver expert advice on infrastructure design and optimization while developing strategies leveraging Akamai Connected Cloud and Linode. Provide ongoing support through environment monitoring, issue resolution, and proactive performance and cost optimization.
