Also performing their own maintenance responsibilities.</p><ul><li>Communicate with the other shifts about issues with equipment.</li><li>Check work orders and determine daily work schedule for the maintenance staff.</li><li>Maintain all production equipment.</li><li>Maintain preventative maintenance program</li><li>Maintain parts inventory and organization.</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting of plant equipment.</li><li>Train fellow maintenance employees.</li><li>Oversee daily activities of the maintenance staff.</li></ul><p>In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:</p><ul><li>Performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Federal, State, and local standards and regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding safety and standards of workplace behavior, in completing job duties and assignments</li></ul><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
