We have an in-house Architectural Finishes &amp; Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>We are seeking a</span><span>n</span><span> </span><span>experienced P</span><span>roject Engineer </span><span>for</span><span> our</span><span> </span><span>Philadelphia</span><span> office</span></span></span><span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What you will do: </span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Working closely with superintendents</span><span> and project managers</span><span> on the day-to-day operations of construction sites.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Working with submittals, RFI’s and RFCO’s.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assisting</span><span> in contract buyouts.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Working with architects, </span><span>engineers</span><span> and subcontractors.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Developing project schedules and phasing plans.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Attending and documenting project meetings.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What you will need to be successful: </span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Minimum of </span><span>two (2) </span><span>years’</span><span> </span><span>in the commercial construction field paired with a degree in Construction Management/Engineering/Architecture or a related field.</span><span> Will also consider a recent graduate that completed an internship in the construction field. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>LEED AP certification is preferred but not </span><span>required</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Computer Skills Required – Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>At </span><span>Rycon</span><span> Construction, Inc. we believe outstanding employees build the foundation necessary for excellence in business.
