    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>\n<p>The <strong>Utility Person</strong> is flexible and adaptable, able to assist where needed and respond to various operational needs.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Person must be knife skilled on several jobs across the fabrication floor</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable of saw operation skills</li>\n <li>Be able to communicate with team members across the floor</li>\n <li>NOTE: this description is not intended to be all inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications (Required):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a humid, cold, wet or slippery surface at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (P.P.E)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience/knowledge of manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>Previous knife experience in manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</li>\n <li>Be attentive to detail</li>\n <li>Ability to work safely, wear P.P.E, and follow instructions</li>\n <li>Ability to attend work consistently</li>\n <li>Display strong work ethic</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
