Permanent, Full-Time Starting date: August 16, 2026 The 2026-27 faculty grid for this position is $75,461 to $116,035 based on years of experience and a Bachelor of Education. Faculty with a Master's will be paid at a higher range. Students in Grades 6-10 engage in the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP), while most continue into the IB Diploma Programme (DP) in Grades 11 and 12. Around 30% pursue an Enriched Pathway, blending DP courses with other dynamic learning opportunities. Across all grades, learning is elevated through the arts, athletics, outdoor education, service, leadership, and more. Mulgrave is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where innovation thrives and relationships matter. With small class sizes, a technology-rich campus, and 2.5 hours of weekly collaborative planning time, teachers work closely together to ensure every student feels challenged, supported, and a true sense of belonging. We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to teach MYP Design (Grades 6–10) and lead the development of our LEAP elective programme.
