    "description": "<p>We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail‑driven Operations Officer to join our Flight Operations Department. Reporting to the Ground Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting both day‑to‑day operations and wider administrative activity across the business.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>✈️ Key Responsibilities<br>Your main duties will be operational and administrative, including but not limited to the following. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Coordinating and planning Company operations, including:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Route planning</li>\n<li>Customs and Special Branch clearances</li>\n<li>Foreign operating permits</li>\n<li>Airport handling arrangements</li>\n<li>Identifying off‑airport landing sites</li>\n<li>Conducting landing site surveys and permissions</li>\n<li>Coordinating chauffeur transfers and catering</li>\n<li>Preparing and sending charter quotations</li>\n<li>Preparing and issuing crew flight briefs and associated documentation</li>\n<li>Arranging Company travel, including flights, hotels, car hire, and taxis</li>\n<li>Managing aircraft and crew schedules using the Company’s scheduling and rostering systems</li>\n<li>Providing flight‑following support</li>\n<li>Processing post‑flight paperwork and invoicing</li>\n<li>Responding to telephone and email enquiries</li>\n<li>Participating in shared and rostered evening, weekend, and bank holiday on‑call duties</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br>💼 Person Requirements</p>\n<p><br>We are looking for someone who has:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong planning and organisational skills</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li>\n<li>Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities</li>\n<li>The ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail</li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>A self‑motivated, flexible, and adaptable approach</li>\n<li>An interest in or experience within the aviation industry</li>\n<li>Access to your own transport (the location is not served by public transport)</li>\n</ul>",
