          "text": "<p> </p><p> </p><p>Key skills:</p><p> </p><p>-  Extensively involved in Black box, Integration, Functional,  System, Regression, End to End, and automation testing.</p><p>-  Extensive testing with Web based applications, GUI front-end testing, and backend database testing.</p><p>-  The ability to write and execute SQL scripts.</p><p>-  Hands on experience in developing Release test plans, test cases and procedures as well as execution of manual and automated tests.</p><p>-  Experienced in producing the following documentation:  RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix), Test Summary Report, and Defect Reports.</p><p>-  Experience with using any type of Bug Tracking Tool and Configuration Management systems.</p><p>-  Extensive Knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies and Verification and Validation processes.</p><p>- Have an understanding of development environment using AGILE methodologies with SCRUM process. Participated in Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective meetings.</p><p>- Tester should have the ability to understand the business, functional requirements, and be able to perform proficiently in a fast-pace environment.</p><p>- Tester should have a strong problem solving and communication skills to facilitate management of problem/incident situations</p>",
