    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Topco Associates is currently seeking a <strong>Sourcing Analyst</strong> for the Indirect Spend – Hired Services team in Quincy, MA. This position will be a hybrid role, with the successful candidate conducting work in our Quincy office three times per week and virtually twice per week.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Sourcing Analyst will support sourcing initiatives across financial and business services categories, including in-store payments, audit solutions, B2B payments, and inventory services. We are committed to building high-performing, diverse teams that reflect the communities we serve and drive innovation across our business.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Sourcing Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution of category strategies and sourcing initiatives under the guidance of their manager. This individual will develop foundational expertise in assigned categories, contribute to cost savings and value delivery goals, and support supplier engagement and program growth.</p>\n<p>This role manages sourcing initiatives of moderate scope and supports categories with approximately $25–50MM in procurement spend.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Sourcing & Project Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support sourcing initiatives from initiation through contract execution and lifecycle management</li>\n <li>Develop and distribute RFPs and RFIs to prospective suppliers</li>\n <li>Participate in supplier negotiations, including pricing and contract terms, using a variety of sourcing tools and methods</li>\n <li>Ensure sourcing activities are well-documented and aligned with internal processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Analytics & Insights</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct data analysis to support sourcing decisions, identify opportunities, and evaluate supplier proposals</li>\n <li>Interpret and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner</li>\n <li>Develop working knowledge of assigned categories through market research and analysis</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Relationship Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders</li>\n <li>Support communication of initiative results, including savings and performance metrics</li>\n <li>Assist in monitoring supplier performance and ensuring contract compliance</li>\n <li>Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Business Support & Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with account management and program management teams to support program adoption and growth</li>\n <li>Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing sourcing plans and business reviews</li>\n <li>Contribute to the development and promotion of new and existing sourcing programs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1–3 years of experience in business, analytics, project coordination, or a related field</li>\n <li>Exposure to sourcing, procurement, purchasing, consulting, or retail operations preferred</li>\n <li>Experience in financial services, payments, or banking is a plus</li>\n <li>Prior experience with supplier or market analysis is beneficial</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights</li>\n <li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</li>\n <li>Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach to work</li>\n <li>Interest in developing sourcing, negotiation, and category management skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Topco strives for an inclusive workplace that reflects our member shopper’s communities.
