Work with merchandisers to develop additional display techniques. Awareness of perishable product processing and rotation. Responsible for the screening, interviewing and selection of new employees. Maintain staffing levels to ensure delivery of service is maximized and stores operate efficiently. Conduct pre-shift meetings, coach, motivate, evaluate, and issue discipline when necessary. Effectively handles customer and employee complaints. Takes action to resolve customer and employee issues, complaints, and/or concerns. Ensures company and department policies and procedures are consistently followed by employees. Meets the attendance requirements of the job and adheres to departmental and company policies. Ensure that Starbuck’s policies and procedures are being meet.</p>",
