Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are currently seeking an experienced <strong>HVAC Lead Tech </strong>This position will work out of our <strong>South Plainfield, NJ office,</strong> but will be required tp work at our various Central-South Jersey properties as needed</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Repair Residential/Commercial HVAC Systems</li>\n <li>Diagnosing and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment</li>\n <li>Able to troubleshoot/repair, wiring, electronic components</li>\n <li>Replace parts & components including valves, compressors & condensers</li>\n <li>Respond to emergency services calls</li>\n <li>Perform inspections & preventative maintenance of equipment</li>\n <li>Keep accurate records & complete necessary paper work for warranty and logs</li>\n <li>Experience in replacing entire units from 2 tom to 7.5 ton units, boilers, chillers & BMS systems a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years in experience HVAC</li>\n <li>Graduate of Lincoln tech or equivalent 2 year school</li>\n <li>Min EPA Type 2 certification. (NATE cert is a +)</li>\n <li>Can carry out low and line voltage wiring to equipment</li>\n <li>Proficient in proper refrigerant pipe installation, brazing and pressure testing for leaks.</li>\n <li>Capable if working independently and with a team.</li>\n <li>Capable of troubleshooting HVAC issues.
