While individual earnings will vary based on performance, current average total compensation progression for successful team members in this role is: Year 1 Average Earnings: $65,000 Year 2 Average Earnings: $110,000 Year 3 Average Earnings: $165,000 This role is built for individuals who are competitive, driven, and motivated by long-term financial and career growth.
