    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>PCBA soldering</span></li>\n <li><span>PCBA testing and bring-up</span></li>\n <li>Equipment assembly</li>\n <li><span>Produce work that meets workmanship standards and strict quality criteria</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain good production record</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education &amp; Experience</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>High school&nbsp;diploma or equivalent is required</span></li>\n <li><span>Basic reading and math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide)</span></li>\n <li><span>3+ years of experience in electronics</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with optical fiber preferred</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrated ability to work in a team based environment</span></li>\n <li><span>Good interpersonal and communication skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Skills</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Sufficient PCBA soldering skills</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to do basic electrical measurement&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to provide feedback in the development of new processes, tools and techniques working with the Engineering team</span></li>\n <li>Ability to solve problems &amp; make correct decisions in short timeframes, oftentimes with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross cultural, global team environment</li>\n <li>Handle special assignments with speed and effectiveness</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Working Conditions</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interaction with team members and external contacts is a regular part of the job</li>\n <li>May require occasional overtime and flexibility in work hours to accommodate business needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.</li>\n <li>Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.</li>\n <li>Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Safety Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
